FAN FILTER UNIT

The fan filter unit (FFU)can be modularized for connections and use ,so it os widely used in difference place,such as clean rooms, clean production lines ,combined clean rooms,and laminar flows hoods.

The FFU features a primary-efficeency and a high-efficiency filter nets.Air is absorbed by fan at the top ,filtered by the two filter nets,and diffused through the diffusion side at a constant speed of between 0.3m/s and 0.45m/s.

The fan is equipped with a direct drive centrifugal fan of joint venture manufactured by Fans-tech and has a long life .Tt offers the features of  low noise ,free of maintenance,small vibratio,and stepless speed regulation .With a  service life of as long  as 50 thousand hours an stable speed regulation  performance ,the fan keeps the air volume constant even under th final resistance of the high-efficiency filter.

The fans are especially suitable to be assembled as an ultra-clean production line.You can use a single fan,or connect multiple fans in serious to form a 100-level assembly line.

The fan body has an attractive and elegant appearance because it is made of stainless steel or aluminium coated zinc plate。

The products provide high reliability by being strictly inspected one by one in accordance with the USA Federal Standard 209E before leaving the factory.
