Clean laminar flow hood installation, shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) before the installation, should be to visual inspection, no deformation, shedding phenomenon, fracture etc.;
(2) shall be installed with independent columns or the bar, and a fixing measures to prevent shaking, and shall not use the related equipment or wall plate;
(3) laminar flow directly installed in the ceiling on the cover, between its around the box and ceiling boards shall be provided with sealing and isolation measures;
(4) vertical unidirectional flow laminar flow hood installation, the horizontal deviation shall not exceed 0.1%; horizontal one-way flow laminar flow hood installation, the verticality deviation ± 1 ㎜; height allowed deviation is 1mm;
(5) after installation, should be not less than 1.0h of continuous running, check the operation of the equipment, parts and electrical interlock function.
